April + Leica Q2

One of the reasons for my wanderings this past late summer was to meet up with old friends, make new friends, and bond with old friends and family. April, is one of those old friends, originally from Guam, I met her through her sister whom I was shooting back in 2014 and I started shooting with April, not too soon after that. I met up with April in the Washington DC area as she lives near there, well almost near there, closer there than to Guam anyway, lol!

We wandered around DC, went to the Yards, a couple parks, to the Culture House, and then to Tidal Basin, We wanted to go more places but we were chasing light by this time, so the last shots, the ones at Tidal Basin and the sunset were the final few. Its always great to see those that I’ve worked with so long as we’ve built up great rapport and have become good friends.
